NZ – NBI New Application (with Fingerprinting)

Here’s the complete process for 𝐍𝐁𝐈 𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 – 𝐍𝐙

Obtain blank NBI form from nearest Philippine Embassy (strictly MUST use NBI official form) and then book fingerprinting at https://www.nzfingerprintingservice.co.nz.

𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗧𝗟𝗬 𝗔𝗕𝗥𝗢𝗔𝗗 𝗔𝗗𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦 niyo na po ang ilalagay both sa blueform at online – bawal po ang PH address dahil i-request po kayo ni NBI na mag personal appearance po.

𝙉𝙊𝙏𝙀: For those changing status from Single to Married, MARRIED na po ang CIVIL STATUS na gamitin niyo sa blueform at sa pag online.

Once fingerprinting and form is done, please do steps 1-4 and we’ll take care of the rest of the steps.

𝙃𝘼𝙍𝘿 𝘾𝙊𝙋𝙔 – 2 to 3 weeks from the time you received the soft copy

Complete NBI online application form and email us your reference number. Piliin niyo po ang 𝗚𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗛 as mode of payment. Kami na po ang bahala magbayad ng application fee.
