NZ – NBI New Application (with Fingerprinting)

𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗙𝗘𝗘:

$125 – if YOU will courier original NBI form to Phils
$195 – if WE will courier your NBI form to Phils via DHL

𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘:

𝙎𝙊𝙁𝙏 / EMAIL 𝘾𝙊𝙋𝙔 – 3-7 business days (from the time we received your original NBI form with fingerprints)

𝙃𝘼𝙍𝘿 / ORIGINAL 𝘾𝙊𝙋𝙔 – 2 to 3 weeks from the time you received the soft copy


STEP 1:

• Obtain a blank NBI form (form no. 5) from the nearest Philippine Embassy / Consulate
• Schedule fingerpinting appointment with Phil Embassy or if you live far away from them, you can book for a fingerprinting service at www.nzfingerprintingservice.co.nz and it will direct you to the nearest post office that offers fingerprinting service.
• Make sure to attach an ID picture and properly fill-up the form

STEP 2: Courier completed NBI form with fingerprint to our QC office:
(We can offer you our DHL corporate rate for $70 if you want us to send the original NBI form from NZ to PH)

STEP 3: Complete NBI online application form and email us your reference number. Piliin niyo po ang 𝗚𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗛 as mode of payment. Kami na po ang bahala magbayad ng application fee.

How to Apply for NBI Clearance Online


STEP 4: Email admin@kabayanexpressanz.com the following:

NBI online reference number
Courier tracking number
Photos of your nbi form
Passport copy


STEP 5: Complete Kabayan Express client form 𝙃𝙀𝙍𝙀

We need this to confirm your mailing address, contact details for the hard copy to be send.

STEP 6:

Once you have completed all the steps and emailed us the requirements, please wait for our reply within 24 hours containing our bank account details so that you can make the required deposit.

Alternatively, you may send an SMS or WhatsApp message to +64 27 270 9477 with your full name to notify us that you have submitted your application via email.
