How much does it cost?
Our service fee is $125 all-in including shipping to your NZ/AU address.
How long is the processing time?
1-2 weeks is our normal processing time. We try to process as soon as possible for you.
I have applied for a PSA Certificate but having difficulty claiming it or following up on the status of my application, can I ask you to take over the processing?
Unfortunately, we cannot take over your existing application. But we can submit a new one for you. Same requirements & fees will apply.
Can you assist Kababayans living outside Australia and New Zealand?
Yes! While we are a registered business based in New Zealand, we can cater to Filipinos globally. Extra shipping and courier charges will apply depending on your exact international location.
What should I put in the ‘Requestor’s Information’?
You should put the name of the person requesting for a copy of the certificate and your current abroad (AU/NZ) address.
