REQUIREMENTS:
STEP 1:
- Obtain a blank NBI form (form no. 5) from the nearest Philippine Embassy / Consulate
- Schedule fingerpinting appointment with Phil Embassy or if you live far away from them, you can book for a fingerprinting service at the nearest police station.
- Make sure to attach an ID picture and properly fill-up NBI form
STEP 2: Courier completed NBI form with a photocopy of the applicant’s passport to our Quezon City office (you can go to the nearest AU Post or book via DHL/Fedex)

STEP 6: Once you have completed all the steps and emailed us the requirements, please wait for our reply within 24 hours containing our bank account details so that you can make the required deposit.

Ok lang po kahit sa kamag-anak nyo lang na PH mobile number, magsesend lang naman si NBI ng OTP para makapag create kayo ng account.
What address should I put in my NBI online account?
Please put your current abroad (NZ/AU address).
Pag PH address ang nilagay ninyo, NBI will require you to do personal appearance.
I have applied for an NBI Clearance but having difficulty claiming it or following up on the status of my application, can I ask you to take over the processing?
Unfortunately, we cannot take over your existing application. But we can submit a new one for you. Same requirements and fees will apply.
