You would need to liaise directly with the Embassy of Qatar based in Canberra, Australia by sending them an email at canberra-cons@mofa.gov.qa and requesting to process the renewal / new application of a Qatar Police Clearance Certificate.

Kabayan Express can only assist with our DHL courier service to ship your documents from NZ to Qatar Embassy AU or to pick up your new Qatar PCC from Canberra and deliver directly to your NZ address.
